The restaurant founded and run by a couple with roots from Jerusalem/Palestinian and Italy have been running the restaurant for two years now.

The key idea is to preserve and protect the traditional inherited recipes from their mothers and keep these recipes alive, so their dishes go 100 years back from their recipe book.
